At Azwell Wells Dam on Columbia River, project involves complete reconstruction of dam's antiquated fish hatchery. Hurst crews installed bypass waterlines, demolished old raceways, and installed new utilities systems for facilities to be constructed by general contractor, Lydig Construction.
